Fairfield girls down Prairie Heights

Erica Zook and Jordan Kintigh each tossed in 15 points in leading Fairfield past Prairie Heights, 43-29 in NECC girls basketball action Saturday afternoon in Benton.

The Lady Falcons, now 3-0 in conference play and 9-1 overall, held leads of 8-5, 16-10 and 27-19 at the three period stops.

Kintigh grabbed 10 rebounds for Fairfield and Zook added three assists. Jeanean Schwartz, who scored six points, also collected three steals and three assists.

Alexis German tallied 14 points and hauled down seven rebounds for the Lady Panthers, who dipped to marks of 1-5 and 3-8 with the loss. Shelby Fish had eight points and five rebounds, Liz German five points and six boards, and Kaitlyn Rumsey two points.
